Your members should already be allowed to post pictures in the guild gallery. If they cant, check your security restrictions. I know the default it to allow them to upload. You can find it in your guild management page under "Manage Members - nage Security" section. Just edit the default role...

Yes, In Legion the raid portion of Legends of Faydark (EQ ll) we also use the dkp system. Except there is not a set amount for a items it becomes a bidding war durning raids..
That is a pretty cool idea. We will add that to our list of new widgets to add.
