i have windows 7 fully updated and such, was trying to set up GS talk but as soon as i try to log in the program just crashes. i've tried reinstalling and restarting the comp, same issue.

I have the same issue with win 7. 

Tried it in xp and vista compatability mode,but it keeps crashing

reinstalled to a different path but it keeps crashing.

sacrificed a chicken but it keeps crashing.


I'm out of ideas,  and chicken.

Mine crashes with windows 7 as well.  

Same here. Verified .NET 3.0 and still it crashes.

Same problem here. As soon as I click "login" I get an error tone and the program closes. I'm running XP sp3, verified .Net 3.0.

Same issue, so is anyone going to advise how to get around this, or correct it on the end of gamestreet?

I know this isn't what you asked for but with similar voice chat via Ventrillo I've had problems on Vista where you actually had to run the client software as Administrator in order for it to work properly.

Give that a try?

i try to run as admin and wont even pop up the program to log in, but w/o admin  when i attempt to login i get some error and it crashes

Ye i got the same error.. How to fix it?

Spent hrs yesterday trying to get it installed and running for my guild.  
Same issue. Start it up and it just crashes & disappears.  
Win 7 fully updated. Running GS as administrator.
I even did a full removal of all  Win 7 net framework (all versions) and re-installed.
Still no love.

We (kordis & I) have waited weeks for some kind of response to the problem above.
We thought we might get into paying for the extra guild setup and perks.
Not so anymore. We have removed our guild from the site.
