     This is a free-to-play 3D MMO that has the ability to compete with many other MMOs out there. The in-game's graphics are very nice and the music is probably the best i have heard yet, even though a little repetitive. I see this game evolving into a wonderful PvP and PvE MMO.
     Perfect World International (aka Perfect World II) has character look customizing , and basic GUI customizing. You can be a fox, a fairy, a wolf, or a human with several basic classes to choose from. Although the classes are race restricted, you won't have many complaints.
     There are several abilities (player interactions) i find unique to this game. You can be carried by another player, hug/kiss another player and even marry another player in-game. Its rather fun to wait for your party/squad to arrive while letting a person 'embrace'(carry) you as you wait.
     This is a free-to-play MMO however it is rather difficult to level in this game without certain assets. In my opinion it's best to donate 30$ bucks to get 30 "zen" and fully upgrade your inventory capacity and bank capacity. You could play this game without paying a dime, i personally would find it a little space restricted without giving them a little money for their hard work.
     I see a lot in this games future, as long as the community gives them a little money. Although i don't see the game improving its overall basic GUI or semi-limited character customizing. I give this game a very good rating because its FREE but it's an exceptional good FREE.
