Common Login Issues


Never Got Your Confirmation Email
There are several reasons that could cause your confirmation email to never get to you. If you have waited less than 15 minutes, just give it a little bit longer. During high traffic times emails could take a few minutes longer to get sent. If you have waited longer some possible causes could be:
  • Email Address Spelled Wrong
    If this happens, the only thing you can do is signup again. The only way to know is to attempt to login and you get a message stating that your email was not found.
  • Spam Filters
    One of the biggest causes of this is spam filtering software. If you go through a major ISP like AOL or CompuServe, or use an online mail service like Hotmail or Google Mail (GMail) then your email probably goes through their filtering technology. If you have a Spam Folder through your provider, check it to make sure the email did or did not get caught up there. If it did, use your provider's management interface to add GameStreet.Net to the list of domains you allow email from. Each provider is different, so we can't explain them all here.
If all else fails, attempt to have it sent again by going to our Confirmation Email page.

Forgot Your Password
If you cannot remember your password, you can have it send to you by going to our Password Recovery page.

Account Locked Out
This will happen if you have attempted to login to your account with the wrong password more than 5 times in a 24-hour period. This is done to prevent account hijacking by users who simply try to guess your password. Your account will automatically unlock after 24 hours, or you can contact support to have it unlocked.

Forgot Which Email You Registered With
If you cannot remember which email you registered with, please contact support.
